Job Overview

The Enterprise Sales Director will lead the company’s massive growth potential and manage the sales efforts. The Director will be a leader within the company, building and enhancing our customer base through the execution of a strategic sales plan. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling enterprise level SaaS/PaaS solutions, in an early stage technology company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the sales strategy
  • Set sales goals, in cooperation with the CEO, and be responsible for achieving them
  • Direct sales, as well as a channel network
  • Identify and manage qualified leads in CRM; refine KPI’s used to measure customer acquisition cost and ROI on campaigns
  • Advise on pricing and engagement models to catalyze adoption at the enterprise level and adapt CRM to match the process
  • An expert in our products
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and demos to prospective customers
  • Working with internal product owners to define product direction, leveraging the voice of the customer
  • Provide input into the marketing process; cooperate with the marketing team on campaign prioritization and messaging 
  • Build and mentor a sales team 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in B2B technology software sales, ideally with enterprise level SaaS solutions in an early stage company
  • Team first individual with excellent leadership qualities
  • Interested in working in a startup environment anticipating rapid growth
  • Demonstrated success, defining and achieving sales plans and revenue targets
  • Experience building and managing a channel network
  • Knowledge of marketing related activities and running marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary (~25%)
