Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding for our marquee customers that require custom integrations as well as custom VR training content development… In this role, you will gather technical and business requirements from the customers, including working with their IT departments for security questionnaires, and then work with the internal technology, product, and content teams to determine priority, timing, and costs. In addition, this role will demonstrate and train our customers on the Apex platform’s features and capabilities, as well as the setup and use of our VR training content library. You will support the customers throughout the onboarding process, including handling scoping, change orders, and launch processes.  You will work closely with the Customer Success team to train the trainers and ensure the adoption and use of all PIXO products. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers that have contracted custom implementation of Apex or the creation of custom VR content
  • Manage discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements 
  • Work with internal teams to create priorities, estimations, and pricing for incremental projects
  • Create customer-facing onboarding plans and internal project plans to keep track of progress and manage delivery expectations
  • Work closely with Content Studio and Technology leads to ensure customer needs are met
  • Communicate with and support customers throughout the implementation cycle, including doing build reviews and gathering feedback
  • Educate customers on how to use PIXO Apex and their VR content libraries
  • Support customers in the setup and use of their hardware 
  • Support the customer in the integration of VR into their existing training program 
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure the launch of the program is successful and set up a team for the adoption and growth of the product

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Meet with customers that have contracted custom implementation of Apex or the creation of custom VR content to gather technical requirements 
  • Manage the IT security requests and questionnaires for marquee customers
  • Manage discovery sessions and document business and technical requirements 
  • Work with internal PIXO teams and external customer vendors to ensure the Apex ecosystem is designed for VR training success and adoption
  • Contribute to the PIXO Apex roadmap by sharing feature requests and customer feedback
  • Create customer facing onboarding plan and internal project plans to keep track of progress and manage delivery expectations
  • Work closely with Content Studio and Technology leads to ensure customer needs are met
  • Communicate with and support customers throughout implementation cycle, including doing build reviews and gathering feedback
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure launch of program is successful and set up team for adoption and growth of the product
