Job Overview

The Sales Manager will establish and drive sales activities targeting large, global enterprises. The Sales Manager will grow the opportunities pipeline and drive them to close by utilizing a strategic sales process focused on identifying ROI for prospects. As the Sales Team grows, the Sales Manager will have the opportunity to set team goals, coach and mentor Sales Team Members to achieve  team quotas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in successfully selling enterprise level SaaS/PaaS solutions, preferably in an early stage technology company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing large enterprise accounts
  • Meeting monthly sales targets/quotas
  • Managing customer interactions through all stages of the sales cycle bringing in support as needed
  • Solution selling by identifying clear ROI for prospects
  • Leading sales calls, presentations and visits with a clear agenda and follow up 
  • Actively managing all leads, opportunities and customer information in the CRM
  • Contributing to the sales strategy, collaborating with senior PIXO leadership
  • Assisting in setting sales goals
  • Establishing expertise in all PIXO VR products
  • Collaborating with Marketing on lead generation strategies and Customer Success on customer growth strategies
  • As the Sales Team grows, this role has the potential to set team goals and will help with mentoring/coaching to reach sales team quotas

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in B2B technology software sales, ideally with enterprise level SaaS solutions in an early stage company
  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise customers
  • Experience with technology products in the SaaS/PaaS B2B space
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales plans and revenue targets. Experience setting targets preferred
  • Experience mentoring or coaching preferred
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections and comprehend complex systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with direct experience presenting to senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary (~20%)
  • Formal sales training preferred
