What You'll Learn
The trainee will learn how to identify various types of potential fire hazards in a commercial kitchen and how to extinguish them with the proper extinguisher. Then, they will need to perform an assessment to test their knowledge and retention.
This module identifies and describes, the different types of fire extinguishers and which fires they extinguish. This training will go over different types of fires including: electrical, grease, range top, and fryer related fires.
