This corporate health and safety training uses virtual reality (VR) to teach employees health and safety behaviors for the workplace. The VR training will teach employees about bacteria and viruses in the workplace and how maintaining good hygiene and safety practices prevents them from spreading. What You'll Learn
In this immersive workplace cleanliness training, workers will learn to practice good health and safety by learning to use PPE (personal protective equipment), learning safety procedures like social distancing, meeting requirements for properly cleaning surfaces, and correctly washing hands. This virtual reality safety training includes:

The VR Experience
This VR workplace health training begins with the employee donning the VR headset and entering an immersive workplace scenario. The employee will be able to see six types of germs at a microscopic level through the headset. Germs include: coronaviruses, influenza viruses, rhinoviruses, staphylococcus bacteria, E. coli bacteria, and fungi. Employees will learn about each of these hazards, then will need to demonstrate proper hygiene and cleaning procedures by eliminating them. This will include cleaning off a kitchen counter and demonstrating proper hand washing. Once the germs have been eliminated, the employee must demonstrate proper PPE usage by donning a face mask. Lastly, the employee will go through a series of exercises to make their work environment clean and safe. These tasks include: adding a health poster to a wall, adding a hand sanitizer station, adding disinfecting wipes, removing a laptop from a shared space, removing a bowl of fruit, moving people apart for appropriate social distancing, moving desks apart, and opening windows. Once all health and safety actions have been taken, the lesson is complete. Workers can review their performance on the headset and repeat the workplace cleanliness training as desired.
