Personal Protective Equipment, commonly referred to as “PPE”
PPE is equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards that cause serious workplace injuries and illnesses. These injuries and illnesses can result from exposure to chemical, radiological, physical, electrical, mechanical, or other workplace hazards.

What You'll Learn
- How to equip yourself with basic and advanced personal protective equipment for different tasks: Electrical work: 1 kV, 10 kV, 15 kV, 25 kV Tasks. Chemical hazards: Levels A, B, C, D
- You will check basic PPE
- Reject the damaged ones
- Understand the checking process
- Divide the PPE into the ones you wear now and the ones you should bring to your workplace.
The VR Experience
You will appear in the changing room where your task is to put on basic PPEs. Check your PPEs in the mirror and proceed to the next room. Here you’ll sign a work permit and be told the nature of the task you have to prepare for. The second room is filled with various types of PPEs, some of which are damaged. You’ll need to put the PPEs you need for your task into the cart, reject the damaged ones and do a final check before leaving the room. The damaged items are randomized, so you will get a unique experience each time you start the training.
