Three Steps to Answering (Almost) any Question
Prepare students for job interviews with a technique to answer any question
This virtual reality (VR) behavioral interview training helps students learn the C.A.R. (Context, Action, Result) technique for answering questions and gives them practice applying it to job interview scenarios. This VR interview question training gives students critical skills to interview with confidence using virtual reality—a highly effective and safe environment to practice job interview skills.
What You'll Learn
This VR interview question training teaches students a proven technique to answer any job interview question in just three steps. Students taking this training will:
- Practice analyzing interview questions (including curve balls) to identify what the interviewer is looking for
- Discover a fail-safe three-step strategy for answering behavioral questions in a job interview
- Craft winning answers using the C.A.R. (Context, Action, Result) technique
- Practice verbal and non-verbal communication skills when delivering responses in an interview
The VR Experience
This behavioral interview training puts students into a job interview simulator using the power of VR. Instead of memorizing interview questions and answers, the training takes students through the C.A.R. technique. Once the student learns the technique from the VR content, the student is then challenged with an immersive job interview simulation where they practice answering questions from the virtual interviewer using the C.A.R. technique. After finishing each interview scenario, students will be able to review their performance and see the verbal and non-verbal communication they used during the interview. Students are able to repeat the training, running through various scenarios to gain practice and confidence in using these three steps that will help them answer any question.
