This VR leadership training on giving feedback looks at a set of best practices to give judgment-free evidence-based feedback and trigger self-reflection. It specifically looks at feedback around non-inclusive behaviors. This VR scenario provides a safe space for leaders to practice and develop these critical skills.

The VR Experience
This virtual reality leadership training begins by immersing leaders into a simulated work environment where an employee, Jeremy, is talking to Leonard, an experienced and valued member of his team, about a project they’re working on together. Jeremy displays a range of non-inclusive and poor management practices, having a negative impact on Leonard’s morale and ongoing performance. After observing the interaction, the user will ask Jeremy for a chat to provide feedback on this interaction. The user must attempt to get him to reflect on his behavior towards Leonard and receive complete feedback without storming out.
