This virtual career development course begins with the student or new employee being immersed in a scenario where they are starting an internship with a leading games design agency. The VR scenario plays out where the trainee will be challenged to introduce themselves to their new colleagues and communicate in various challenging situations. For each communication challenge, the trainee will be able to repeat the scenario seeing their soft skills through the eyes of their virtual colleagues. The training includes performance tips and trainees are able to repeat the training to practice critical soft skills and better prepare them to successfully enter the workforce.
